Accessibility Statement

BisaSpeak wants to be usable by as many people as possible, including screen reader users, keyboard users, and people with visual or hearing impairments. This page explains what is in place, what is not yet, and how to ask for help.
Our commitment
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our target, and we keep improving the site and the learning portal toward it.
What is already in place
Every button and form can be reached with a keyboard. Text uses sufficient colour contrast in both the light and dark theme, and it can be enlarged from the browser without breaking the layout.
Animation and motion are switched off automatically when your device asks for reduced motion. Important images have text alternatives, and page headings are structured consistently for screen readers.
Live classes let you ask questions by voice or in the chat, and the core material is available as text study guides in the portal.
Known limitations
Class recordings do not have captions yet. Listening games depend on audio and do not yet have a full text alternative. Some class slides are images with text inside them.
We are fixing these step by step. If something stops you from learning, tell us and we will find a way for you, for example materials in another format.
