We want you to join with an easy mind. The rules are simple, and they favor you at the start, while you are still deciding.
Before the first class starts
Change your mind before your cohort's first class starts? Full refund, no questions asked.
Once the first class has started
From the moment your cohort's first class begins, payments are no longer refundable. The cut-off is the class start time, not the time you attend.
If life changes and you cannot continue, you may move once to a later cohort at no charge.
If we cancel
Any class we cancel and do not reschedule is refunded pro-rata from your course price.
If a cohort is cancelled before its first class, for example because too few students enrolled, you may choose to move to the next cohort or receive a full refund.
How to ask
Contact us on WhatsApp or at halo@bisaspeak.com from your account's contact details. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days. If the original method cannot receive a refund, for example a QRIS payment, we transfer to a bank account or e-wallet in your name.
